JetBuzz Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JetBuzz ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at jetbuzz.world, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and customer support functions available through that website.

By registering an account on JetBuzz, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JetBuzz platform.

JetBuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and an updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

Who Can Register

To open a JetBuzz account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a company or third party.
• You are the person whose name, address, and payment details are being used to register the account.
• You are not currently self-excluded from JetBuzz or any gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of JetBuzz.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. JetBuzz will ask for your mobile number or email address, a password, your full legal name, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one JetBuzz account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. JetBuzz actively detects duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances (including winnings) may be forfeited at JetBuzz's discretion.

Identity Verification

JetBuzz may require you to verify your identity at any time. This is standard practice on all legitimate gaming platforms. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification. JetBuzz will never ask you to share your verification documents through unofficial channels such as social media — only through the secure upload facility within your JetBuzz account.

03Account Security & Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JetBuzz account credentials — your login email or mobile number and your password. JetBuzz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge in your account security settings.

Protecting Your Account

• Never share your password with anyone, including people claiming to be JetBuzz support staff. JetBuzz staff will never ask for your password.
• Do not log in to your JetBuzz account on shared, public, or untrusted devices.
• Do not use the same password for JetBuzz that you use for other services.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JetBuzz support immediately via Live Chat.

JetBuzz is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because you failed to take reasonable security precautions or shared your credentials with another person.

Accurate Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account promptly. Outdated contact information may delay important communications, including security alerts and withdrawal notifications.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payment Policy

Currency

All transactions on JetBuzz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JetBuzz does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside JetBuzz's control.

Accepted Deposit Methods

JetBuzz currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger an identity verification request before funds are credited. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed automatically and are typically completed within two to ten minutes of submission, subject to identity verification status. Bank transfers (IBFT) are processed within one business day. JetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to an account held in the same name as the registered JetBuzz account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit found to have been made using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instrument will result in immediate account suspension and all associated balances being frozen pending investigation. JetBuzz cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial institutions in fraud investigations.

05Betting Rules & Game Conduct

Finality of Bets

Once you confirm a bet on JetBuzz — by clicking the final confirmation button on the bet slip — that bet is binding. JetBuzz does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described below. Always review your bet slip carefully, including the selection, market type, odds, and stake amount, before confirming.

Odds Changes

Pre-match and in-play odds on JetBuzz fluctuate in real time. The odds at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent movement. JetBuzz uses an "Accept All Odds Changes" setting by default — if you prefer to be notified of odds changes before a bet is confirmed, you can change this in your account betting settings.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum single bet across all sports and games on JetBuzz is Rs 100. Maximum single bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip. JetBuzz reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits on any individual account or market at its discretion, including in cases where a pattern of exploitative betting is detected.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided (stake returned, no settlement) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without a result being declared; the bet was placed due to a manifest odds error on JetBuzz's part; the event does not reach its minimum completion point as defined in the relevant sport rules. Voided bets are credited back to your real-money balance promptly.

Live & In-Play Betting

JetBuzz offers live in-play betting on a wide range of sports and events. In-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during significant moments in a match. Bets placed during a suspension will be void. JetBuzz uses automated systems to suspend in-play markets — occasional delays in suspension do not obligate JetBuzz to honour bets placed on incorrect in-play prices.

Live Casino & Card Games

JetBuzz's live casino games — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and other live dealer titles — use real human dealers dealing physical cards in certified studios. All game outcomes are final once announced by the dealer. If a technical issue interrupts a live game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

Ludo & Skill Games

Ludo and other skill-based games on JetBuzz are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game lobby. Players are expected to compete in good faith. Any form of collusion between players in a Ludo tournament or skill game is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

06Bonuses & Promotional Offers

JetBuzz regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonus offers are governed by these general Terms and by any specific terms stated at the time of each individual offer. Where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for that particular offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your JetBuzz account carry a wagering requirement — an amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for wagering are stated clearly in each offer. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must wager Rs 10,000 on eligible games before the winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse

JetBuzz's bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Actions that JetBuzz considers bonus abuse include: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using bonuses in a way that produces guaranteed profits regardless of outcome. Where bonus abuse is detected, JetBuzz reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings.

Offer Eligibility

JetBuzz may limit promotional eligibility at its discretion. Some offers may be exclusive to players who have not previously claimed a similar promotion. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under review are not eligible for promotional offers during those periods.

07Responsible Gaming

JetBuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be vulnerable to gambling-related harm. These commitments are not just policy statements — they are actively implemented features on the platform.

Tools Available to All Players

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your JetBuzz account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to a limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which JetBuzz will log you out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent. During self-exclusion, your JetBuzz account is suspended and no deposits can be made. Reversal of a self-exclusion before the agreed period ends requires identity verification and a 72-hour review process.

Age Verification

JetBuzz enforces strict age verification. Players must be 18 or older. Age may be verified at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any point JetBuzz deems necessary. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed and any real-money balance will be returned to the deposit source.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JetBuzz. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may result in balance forfeiture.

• Registering more than one account on JetBuzz.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use JetBuzz for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live games or tournaments to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets with knowledge of corrupted sporting outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JetBuzz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by opening a new account.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by JetBuzz

JetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: a violation of these Terms has occurred; fraudulent or illegal activity has been detected; the security of the account or the platform is at risk. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your JetBuzz account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bet settlements will complete, and any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. JetBuzz will contact you before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is Rs 200 per calendar month charged to any remaining balance. If an account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a deposit at any time before closure.

10Limitation of Liability

JetBuzz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.

JetBuzz's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time any claim arises. JetBuzz is not liable for: losses arising from reliance on incorrect or outdated odds information; losses caused by service interruptions beyond JetBuzz's control; indirect, consequential, or economic losses beyond the direct account balance at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits JetBuzz's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by JetBuzz's negligence.

11Privacy & Data Protection

JetBuzz collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and your rights regarding your data.

By registering on JetBuzz, you consent to us collecting the registration data you provide, transactional data generated by your account activity, and technical data from your device and browser for security and platform improvement purposes.

JetBuzz will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with payment processors (to process your PKR transactions), identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies only where legally required. 12Changes to These Terms

JetBuzz may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — changes that affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — we will notify all registered players by email at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or non-material updates may be made without advance notice.

Continuing to use JetBuzz after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real-money balance before the change takes effect.
