Typical documents include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. These documents are handled through a secure upload facility — never through email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Transaction Data

Every financial transaction on your JetBuzz account — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, bet placements, and win settlements — is logged. This includes the amount in PKR, the payment method used, the transaction timestamp, and the resulting account balance. This data is essential for correct financial record-keeping and dispute resolution.

Betting and Game Activity Data

JetBuzz records details of every bet placed and every game session completed on your account. This includes which sport or game was involved, the market, the stake in PKR, the odds at time of placement, and the outcome. The data shared is the minimum required to execute the transaction: typically your account identifier, the amount in PKR, and a transaction reference. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and are required to protect your data under applicable financial regulations.

Identity Verification Providers

JetBuzz uses certified third-party identity verification services to process CNIC and passport checks. These providers receive only the documents and data necessary for verification and are contractually bound to use that data solely for verification purposes — not to build profiles, run advertising, or share with other parties.

Regulatory and Law Enforcement Bodies

JetBuzz will disclose personal data to Pakistani regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence bodies where we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid legal order, to report suspected financial crime, or to cooperate with a fraud investigation. We do not disclose data to authorities voluntarily beyond what is legally required.

Technology Service Providers

JetBuzz uses a small number of trusted technology partners to operate platform infrastructure, including cloud hosting, customer support software, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual terms that prohibit them from using the data for their own purposes.

06Payment Data & PKR Transaction Privacy

Given that JetBuzz handles real PKR transactions, the privacy and security of your payment data deserves its own section. Here is exactly how payment information is handled on the platform.

What JetBuzz Stores

JetBuzz stores a record of every transaction — the amount, the payment method type, the timestamp, and the transaction status. For mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), we store the last four digits of your mobile number linked to the wallet, not the full number. For bank transfers (IBFT), we store your bank name and account number for withdrawal routing — this is necessary to send funds to the correct account.

What JetBuzz Does Not Store

JetBuzz does not store full debit or credit card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiry dates on its own servers. Card transactions are processed directly through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. These partners tokenise your card details — replacing them with a secure reference code that can be used for future transactions without exposing the underlying card data to JetBuzz's systems.

Withdrawal Account Matching

JetBuzz enforces a policy that withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in the same name as the registered JetBuzz account. This protects both you and the platform from fraudulent withdrawals. The payment account name matching process requires comparing the name on your JetBuzz account with the name registered on your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. This check involves sharing your registered name with the payment provider for verification — it does not involve sharing any other personal data.

08Your Privacy Rights as a JetBuzz Player

09Data Retention — How Long We Keep Your Information

JetBuzz does not hold your data indefinitely. Retention periods are based on what is legally required and what is operationally necessary. Here is how long we keep the main categories of data:

• Account registration data: Retained for the lifetime of your active JetBuzz account, plus five years after account closure (for compliance with financial record-keeping obligations).
• Transaction and betting records: Retained for seven years after the date of each transaction, as required for financial and tax record-keeping.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for five years after account closure, as required for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.
• Customer support communication records: Retained for three years from the date of the communication, to allow reference in the event of a later dispute.
• Device and technical data (IP logs, session logs): Retained for 90 days for security monitoring purposes, then deleted.
• Analytics data (aggregated, anonymised): No defined retention limit — once data is anonymised, it cannot be linked back to you and is no longer personal data.

10Children and Underage Players

JetBuzz is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not permit anyone under 18 to register an account or access any part of the gaming platform.

Age is verified at registration through the date of birth entered and, where necessary, through identity document checks. Where JetBuzz identifies or suspects that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all associated data will be reviewed, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Continuing to use JetBuzz after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
